Explore the fun with Maximaphily! It is always Joy with satisfaction when I was able to find a corresponding concordant postcard to realise a Maximum card. 28th March,2017, Pos Malaysia issued a set of Festival related stamps, one of the stamps, the Greenish stamp features a subject of the Malay Traditional Festive decorative lighting ... How coincident to have found a corresponding postcard depicting the Istana Johor fully lit with a Malay traditional decorative lightings , which I took to realise a Maximum Card. Feeling wonderful with the magical find of such an excellent matching postcard for the realisation of this Maximum Card. Feeling great and satisfied with this creation ! Please enjoy!

2012 Pos Malaysia Bhd issued a set of stamps namely " Malaysian Festivals " (Perayaan di Malaysia), one of the Festivals featured on stamp is the Chinese "Mid Autumn Festival". It is for the first time the Mid Autumn Festival is depicted on stamp. However, I do NOT like the festival being equated as " Perayaan Kuih Bulan " - meaning Moon Cake Festival which is far from the Actual meaning of the Festival. "Zhong Qiu Jie" (Mid Autumn Festival) is the proper name for the Festival.

It could have been a perfect Maxicard ! 错失了一枚"完美"极限片!

I Received this Christmas Greeting postcard from the Philatelic Museum of Singapore years ago. A very creative postcard reproduced from a 1900 vintage card showing the former old building of the museum which was the Anglo Chinese School. Artist had wisely inserted Santa Claus and his reindeer Sledge on the card creating an atmosphere of  the Christmas season approaching in Singapore.  I treasure the card and thank SPM (Singapore philatelic museum) for the Christmas greeting. However, I feel pity that the greeting stamp selected for the card was a "deepavali" stamp instead of a "Santa Claus" stamp, which would have been otherwise an ideal maximum card.  Did you receive a similar card with a "santa Claus" stamp ?

那一年收到一张新加坡邮政博物馆寄来的别致圣诞节贺卡.
一枚翻印自1900 年代的博物馆前身的明信片,片上加插了圣诞老人与雪橇,予人浓浓的圣诞佳节气氛。
邮政博物馆寄出这枚创意片, 还把邮票给贴在明信片的图画片, 盖上了一个博物馆特制的相关圣诞节邮戳,模仿了制作一枚极限片......
可惜的是, 邮政博物馆却在一套新国庆祝佳节的邮票里,捡了一枚"印度新年"的邮票贴上,却没用上圣诞节邮票诚然可惜错过了一枚好片!

就以这一枚片祝贺大家圣诞节快乐。

Jesus was born on the Christmas Day。 I have this maximum card depicting the scene of the Mother Mary, Magi and the son of God in a manger. By now, the Malaysia LEGOLAND must have been decorated in a Christmas mood with LEGOs, perhaps, the scene of the Birth of Christ is ideal for this Christmas.

Share a Maximum Card I created from a Singapore Stamp on Festival - Christmas. Yet to see one stamp from Malaysia on Christmas.

Once again, Merry Christmas to ALL.

主耶稣在圣诞节降生。我制作了一枚圣诞极限片采用了一张以乐高砌成主耶稣诞生马槽的场景。马来西亚有一座乐高城，在圣诞节来临时，想必城内都开始布置迎接圣诞节，或许以乐高呈现耶稣诞生的情景是个不错的构思。

贴一枚新加坡邮政发行的圣诞节邮票制作的圣诞节极限片。共赏。不知那年马来西亚邮政考虑发行一枚圣诞节邮票？
