外媒报道，穆斯林地区的选美会与当今世界的赛会迥然不同，反差很大。“佳丽”包得密实，只露双眼。我真不知道评审如何来审美？ 莫是由双眸的美丽来比高低 ？

The issue of Hudud Law for Malaysia has been a hot topic for all Malaysians lately, as PAS is to table the proposal for the implementation of Hudud Law in Kelantan during the forthcoming parliamentary session in June, 2014.

Non-muslim communities in Malaysia are trying hard to prevent PAS from submitting the proposal at the Parliament. The issue of Hudud Law had been mentioned many a times in the last 40 years. The impact of implementation of Hudud Law in Malaysia is yet to be ascertained.

A foreign media reported a Beauty Contest held in one of the Arabic Nations, women are wrapped in black costumes with the pair of eyes disclosed. I wonder how are the juries judging on such a competition, could the pair of eyes of the beauty contestants make the decision in the eyes of the juries?

据报载，马来西亚国父东姑阿都拉曼年代时期，一日在国会辩论，有伊斯兰党议员提出在我国实行伊斯兰刑事法。
首相东姑听了，皱皱眉头，回答说：“若要在我国推行伊刑法？就是把大汉山的石头搬完用于执行伊法，恐怕都还不够用。”
马来西亚宪法阐明本国是一个世俗国，奉行公共法律制度，如今却挑起在国会提呈接纳在我国伊斯兰刑法。人民力量正努力阻止有关法令在国会里通过。 一旦伊斯兰刑事法通过，潘多拉盒子从此掀了盖，马来西亚再也没有回头路可行了！

As reported in the media, during the reign of the Bapa Kemerdekaan Tunku Abdul Rahman - the first Prime minister of Minister, one day in a parliament debate, a PAS member of parliament raised for discussion the possibility of implementation of Hudud law in Malaysia, Tunku smiled and replied " If Hudud Law is to be implemented in Malaysia, the stones removed from the Gunung Tahan would NOT be sufficient to be used for the execution of the punishment in Hudud Law !". 

2014, PAS intended to submit the proposal of a Hudud Law implementation in the State of Kelantan for a parliamentary approval. Malaysians from all walks of life are now trying to STOP PAS for submitting the proposal. Once the proposal of implementation of a Hudud Law in this country is approved by the cabinet, the pandora box once opened, there will never be a return road for Malaysia.

大馬伊斯蘭黨 欲修憲實施斷肢法

馬來西亞伊斯蘭黨主席哈迪阿旺透露，將在6月國會開會時，提呈法案尋求修改聯邦憲法，在該黨執政的吉蘭丹州實行回教刑事法（俗稱斷肢法）。
伊斯蘭黨中委納沙魯丁透露，該黨已在草擬有關法案，並將由哈迪阿旺在國會中提呈。

丹州副州务大臣莫哈末阿玛表示，一旦明年落实伊斯兰教刑事法，将雇佣手术医生服务，作为罪犯断肢目的。 大马伊斯兰医疗协会（IMAM）今天指称，由于伊刑法规定受刑者被截肢时不得施打麻醉药，也非医疗必要，因此外科医生不能执行断肢法。

卫 生部部长拿督斯里苏巴马念周日强调，根据1971年医药法令，医生没有权力为在伊斯兰刑事法下被判处有罪的罪犯，进行截肢手术。他说，该法令并没有任何条 文，授权医药专家或医生，为涉及偷窃罪的犯人，进展截肢。



KUALA LUMPUR – As the Kelantan government prepares to apply hudud law in the north-east Malaysian state, medical specialists involvement in the implementation of the law, such as hand amputation for those convicted of theft, is dividing the country’s medical associations, amid threats of axing doctors who perform them.
“From the medical aspect, there is no provision under the Medical Act for doctors to carry out such duties,” Health Minister, Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, was quoted by Bernama news agency on Sunday, April 27.
“The duties of a doctor are set under the Medical Act. They (doctors) should carry out their duties within the confines of the act,” he told a media conference after launching the 2014 World Health Day celebration at Jasmin Flat, Senawang.
