This is the first time I see on FB an internet acronym of EID greeting. At the first glance, did not realise what is this short acronym, oh .... it is the first alphabet extracted from the full sentence of the Hari Raya greeting as follows :
Selamat Hari Raya AidilFitri Maaf zahir & batin
