解禁了，人可以让动物给参观了

RMCO恢复期行管令来到了，动物园终于给开放了！最高兴不过的是动物园管理层和一班园里的动物们。动物园在行管期间没有收入，还得公开筹资呼吁公众领养园里的某些动物。也相信动物们在3个月的行管期里，对平日潮来潮往的观众人群忽然间给消失了而感觉纳闷！这回好了，园子开放了，各自领养了动物的“监护人”可以到园里看看自个领养的动物长个什么模样？动物们肯定也特高兴，参观的群众能再次的回到眼前让它们给“参观”。人参观动物，同时呢，亦是人也让动物给参观。动物久盼了人人的到来陪它们一起玩，递食物喂养它们，一片欢乐的气息在园里。你参观动物也好，或你给动物参观也好，本地旅游已经开放，考虑考虑到动物园走一回。

Zoos are reopening

Zoos had been shut down during the MCO/CMCO periods, for the present RMCO, Zoos are to reopen. Zoos had suffered financially without income during the MCO periods, and appealed to the public for adopting their animals for survival. I believe the animals in the zoos are longing to see the people coming back to visit, to play and to feed them. Local tourism is fully open, perhaps, make a trip to the Zoos to give your support to the animals.

“凤眼蓝“ 花海

马六甲士马木岜达纳水利局的一个聚水池，拜行管令空气素质变佳了， “凤眼蓝“才会大量繁殖浮现池面，成了一片紫色花海，吸引了众多住在附近的居民及马六甲人前往拍照打卡。行管令期间，不鼓励群聚活动，因此也禁止人们在”紫色花海“池边一带溜达拍照。一群人误踩了行管令地雷，开心到花海摆姿拍照，接到了罚单马币各千元，大呼不值！不曾认识这一类水中植物，却在制作一枚新加坡年前发行的邮票极限片，才首次知道有一种如此美丽的浮生植物，就贴这一枚”凤眼蓝“花极限片，个人觉得此花还真美！

A sea of Water Hyacinth blue flowers

A quiet detention pond of the Melaka Irrigation department situated at Semabok, recently emerged with a sea of water hyacinth flowers. A large plain of water catchment filled in blue colors, attracted many visitors for photography during the MCO period. During MCO, outdoor gathering activities are forbidden, hence, several visitors were issued with summons of thousand ringgit each for loitering around the catchment area taking photos. I have NOT come across such a flower, until such time when I wanted to realise a maximum card of a stamp of this so called water hyacinth flower , and found that this is actually a very beautiful blue flower.

从前大家庭围桌吃饭，手肘碰手肘而坐。老人家看有客人围着一起吃，总会叮咛家中用餐的女孩们 – “吃饭离台三尺为斯文“。此言一出，大家乖乖得端着饭碗往后撤。

以前人的大厅，椅子之间也有个小桌子间隔着。主人接待客人隔空一米的距离来谈话。即便是把酒交欢，也避免碰杯或肢体间的接触。

古人的一米社区距离概念早已存在！是我们给忘了！

In the olden day Chinese Family, family members used to sit round a big table dining with everyone in close bodily contact. Whenever, there were visitors joining in for dining, the elders would remind the girls or women to practise a social manner by moving away from the main table by 3 feet.

In the olden day Chinese House, the arrangement of the chairs were often placed in between with a small table. Whenever the host entertained the visiting guests, there is a 3 feet distance gap maintained while talking to each other. At times they drank, however, no bodily or cup/glass in close contact with each other.

3 feet social distancing norm had been practised in the past, but , we tend to forget it.

Ni Wa Wa – A nursery song (Chinese)

I used to sing and like this nursery song “ni wa wa” during my childhood days, it is a song about a girl doll made from the clay. Whenever we sang in the class, we would imitate the croaking sound of the frogs by humming the chorus “wa wa wa”. It is a rather easy song to sing, it was fun and enjoy while singing. Noting the Parliamentary Frogs are undergoing jumping at this moment, as a Rakyat of Malaysia, we feel ashame of the act of these jumping Frog MPs … What can we do ? Let’s sing along the “ni wa wa”and forget about these parliamentary Frogs.

Parliament MCO 国会也来个行管令！

国会也来个行管令！

马来西亚国会确实也该立法执行一个议员行管令，此行管令有别于阻断病毒传播的行管令，这是一个议员行为操守的管制令，在于阻断议员频频蛙跳的行为。议员跳槽好似病毒传染般的在国会内一再上演，朝野议员都一样，乌鸦一般黑！一日不给祭出蛙跳行管令，蛙跳确诊人数就无法被控制，也无从归零！阻断肺炎传播的行管令成功的给断了病毒传播链，也同时净化了地表的周遭环境，河流清了，天空蓝了，空气清新了！我们希望国会所拟出的议员行管令，也能成功阻断蛙跳传播链，进而净化政治的大环境，议员清流了，舞弊滥权少了，公平有了。我双手赞成国会来个蛙跳行管令！

Parliament MCO

There is a need to introduce and implement a new Parliament MCO. This MCO is a different MCO as set for the Covid-19 pandemic, this MCO is somewhat a movement control order to bar MPs from moving from one party to the other. It is more a less an MCO to deter an MP from “Frog Jumping”. “Frog jumping” in parliament has become a political pandemic in Malaysia, be them the ruling party MPs or the Opposition party MPs, all alike! It is high time to stop the pandemic with the introduction of the MCO for the jumping Frogs, if not otherwise, the pandemic will NOT be eradicated one day. During the MCO for the covid-19 pandemic, new cases of covid-19 infections were successfully curbed, and on the other hand, the general environment around us has become cleaner, the rivers are turning clear, the skies are becoming blue, and the air are becoming fresh. We are hoping that the MCO tailored for the Frog jumping pandemic can similarly bring a fresher look to our parliament, Nil corruption, Nil abuse of power etc etc. I am raising my hands for the execution of a New MCO for Frog pandemic in parliament.

2020 华华先生？

马来西亚第四任首相马哈迪于1991年倡议了一个 “wawasan 2020” 愿景。马来西亚自那一年开始的往后30年光景里就一直朝着这个愿景来推行建国计划。“wawasan 2020 “ 喊到2020年已成泡沫，一场梦想成空。看看 “wawasan” 这个字，若以日本人一贯对于名字的称呼，那就是 “wawa 先生”，那么 “wawasan 2020 “, 岂不是直指 “2020 华华先生”？是在预言马来西亚 2020 年是华华先生的天下 ？2020年还没有来到最后的一天，谁也不敢断定这么样的一个可能性？但是有一点可以肯定的，2020年是马来西亚建国以来国会/州会里盛产政治青蛙最多的一个年代，青蛙齐鸣“哇哇声 wawasan” 。不仅于此，2020 的马来西亚政治版图也一再的变，两大联盟 – 国盟和希盟只在一个议席之差的狭缝间互相挖角，天天在上演 着“挖挖商 wawasan”政治秀，边挖角边协商，两大联盟互呛各有所斩获。进入2020年，愿景不见了，财经股市只闻 “滑滑声 wawasan”，随着新冠肺炎病毒的侵袭，企业商家纷纷在倒闭，人人直喊 “哇哇声 wawasan “。2020 就只剩下下半年了，你我还是束起腰带 “花花省 wawasan” 吧！ 祝福大家！

The 4^th Prime Minister of Malaysia first introduced “wawasan 2020” , a Malaysian vision for the year 2020. Malaysia had been spearheading towards the goal for the past 30 years.

Coming to 2020, the vision was NOT being able to achieve. Looking at the WAWASAN, if deciphered in Japanese, it can read as though  MR.WAWA …. Looking as if a hidden hint of the year 2020 belongs to Mr. WAWA , was it referring to Mr. Anwar ? Who knows, the year has not come to an end as yet, who can predict what is going to happen by then ?

Without looking further, vision 2020 goal is a failure in total, on the other hand we had witnessed in the Malaysian History, 2020 is the year with the most political KATAKs ever existed in the parliament , filling the parliament atmosphere with “wawa sound”!

新常态榴莲

从小到大吃榴莲就是好享受与实体榴莲的一个亲密接触，可以透过观感，触觉，嗅觉与听觉与个别榴莲来个“互动”。榴莲不会开口说话，从观感，一个开始裂开了嘴的榴莲，可以肯定它已经逐渐“走味”“漏风”了；嗅一嗅榴莲，扑鼻芬香的浓郁味，可以略知榴莲果肉的够熟度；在耳边左右摇晃一个榴莲，内里果肉所传来的回应声，告诉你它是否熟透可以就即是吃了。各型各款，各种的体型的特征，让我们分辨各种不同的榴莲。一家大小围在一起吃榴莲，期待那开启出来的每一个榴莲，是苦，是甜，是半生熟，是生番薯？大家都在追问那抓取吃第一颗榴莲的人，从他/她的脸部表情去推敲该个榴莲的口味。每每遇到一个难于开启的榴莲时（比如D2种），一家大小都会围着那个操刀的人，看着他使劲手力去掰，给予加油和打气，榴莲开启了，大家才来为之而松下一口气！围食榴莲好比围炉一样，是一种联谊家庭感情的活动，一种难于去形容的享受！

好啦！新冠肺炎的来袭，人人已有心理准备，人人步入了一个新常态的生活日子。榴莲也在这个时候冒起了新常态。买卖榴莲放弃了实体摆卖，转战互联网，盒装榴莲果肉大行其道。新常态榴莲给人一个失去暖度的感觉，果肉冰冷的并排“躺”在透明的“棺盒“内，再也散发不出原有浓郁扑鼻的香，再也不能言语！一切只能由贩商来代言，贩商打着广告说，这是“猫山王”，盒装的果肉也无法“说服”你，它到底是不是猫山王！食用盒装榴莲，固然方便，从此也失去了围在一起食用榴莲的情趣了！新常态榴莲的出现，看来实体榴莲的买卖，即将加快脚步的走向历史，一天也只能让我们在回忆中去补抓一二了！

New Normal Durian

I used to eat durian by buying the Durian fruit in whole. Just like to get a real feel of a durian fruit. See it with your own eyes, feel it with your own hands, smell it with your own nose, hear the rattling sound of the fruit by shaking it near to the ears. Although, Durian does not speak, every fruit gives me a personal feel of the close encounter with the fruit. I do enjoy very much to eat durian with family members sitting closely around, eating durian enhances a family fellowship.

Covid-19 gives rise to a New Normal life, and so do Durian buying and selling activities. As it is, durian trading begins to forgo the trading by the streets and retail shops, aggressively, more are advertising and selling the fruit in transparent plastic boxes on internet. As end users, we are no longer buying durian in whole with fruits in a thorny husk. A New Normal Durian is one with fruits extracted and placed in a plastic box. Whether you like it or NOT, the age of New Normal Durian is coming …..
